Tire pressure was low when I dropped off my car, was low when I picked it up. Makes me wonder if the other checks were done? It’s a little thing but it’s annoying.

Beth was very helpful, and offered me options fir scheduling. She was very respectful. The mechanics who worked on the car did not provide a handout checklist of the details of the inspection. I had to get it from Ray. They also did not set the odometer to the mileage like I have always had it. I was not sure how to reset it, so had to drive back and ask Ray to set it. As usual, I can always count on Ray. Overall— quite satisfied that the work and inspection were done correctly.

Ray started this great customer experience in January. He recognized I would be needing new tires in the next 3-4 months based on my tread depth. He offered me research on multiple brands and tires that would fit my vehicle along with reviews. It allowed me to do my own research into the same tires through other retailers for price, durability, customer satisfaction for the tires. And ultimately I agreed with Ray’s recommendations, they were spot on. Lewis Toyota’s service team are so great to work with, and Ray is phenomenal.
