I opened the hood and placed the terminal post cover. It was left dangling on the battery cable. This I did before leaving the lot.
I am not new to the Toyota family.Just Topeka. I’ve owned a 2010 venza, a 2014 Highlander. a 2017 Lexus rx350 and this 2019 Lexus rx350. All my vehicles were low mileage . My 2019 has approximately 28,700 miles. All the cars were well cared for. I don’t like sloppy work and “ball park” quotes ( unless I am told upfront the is ballpark)

However during the multiple times I called today I was either unable to get an answer and then was unable to reach the person that I was asked to contact resulting in a lot of being given the "run around". If it was communicated to others what I was needing , it would have saved alot of time and headache
