The arrangement for the appointment and the gal i spoke to were great. There was just some miscommunication between parts and scheduling, so they were only able to do 1 of 2 job requests. The gal updated me sameday and confirmed she'll let me know when the parts are in and we can reschedule. No biggie

Lewis Toyata agreed to fix the windshield of the vehicle I purchased as part of the sales agreement. When I finally get it into the service shop, after 20 mintues I'm told they teied to fill the chip, but couldn't because they "aren't window experts". Then find a "windshield expert" and fix the windshield like your dealership promised. Lewis Toyota has yet to make good on a single promise, pledge, yada, yada. Extremely disappointing.

To clarify I didn't interact with Beth, but a young blonde female. While I'm sure my maintenance was done just fine, I was informed that I needed to pay despite having a maintenance package.
