Steve set up an additional appointment on an issue I’ve had nearly the whole time I’ve owned the car. It was once checked out previously by Toyota and there was nothing to be found wrong but the vehicle still shifts hard into drive out of park or reverse out of park when the vehicle is parked on an incline and I don’t think this is normal. It should still shift smoothly, so Steve was nice enough to schedule another service to have a technician check it out and he’s going to personally drive with me in the car so he has a better idea of what’s going on. So, yes, so far things are looking great.
