The original reason I bought it in was for a popping noise in the front end and I received a text asking if I would like to have a recall done at the same time. When I made my appointment I was told that it's not available yet, so no problem I would like to find out what the popping noise was wand I still have no idea was sent to the cashier to pick up my keys and have a nice day. I have a remote start notifications and the longest it was ran was maybe seven minutes so I really don't think they spent much time looking for my problem. but did note they checked my floor mats? I do appreciate you getting the recall done but definitely didn't think that they cared about the customer problem or service.

Beth gave me plenty of notice that this appointment was going to be expensive. I was happy with booking it and the time I got it back. Beth is great. My only reservation is I don’t understand some of the abbreviations used on the paperwork I received. I was just going to bring it in the next time I get an oil change and ask for it to be translated :-) Thank you for asking my opinion.
