After 4 days of continuous noise, it suddenly was no as I was driving the 5th to the shop. I was very anxious that I would not make it to an appointment at 2:30. Thanks to Steve, Beth, John I made it on time and was picked up to return to the shop and told that nothing could be found. The problem seemed to resolve on its own. Thanks to the service staff.

When I arrived I was greeted & asked why there. Was told where the service waiting room was & keys taken. It would have been helpful to have been directed to Beth right away so I could provide info etc. I did OK since I've done this type of thing before in Texas but a first time person could have easily been overwhelmed not really knowing what was happening.
