My vehicle was checked in an hour early(10:19am) for my appt (11:30am), immediately taken inside the shop; told it would be about 2 hrs.. Cool.. was taken home by the shuttle. At 2:30pm I still hadn’t been contacted that it was done so I called, spoke to angel who tried to locate Ray and could not, and did not have any info on my car. At 3pm, still no return call from Ray or anyone. I called again, spoke to another gal, whom also could not locate Ray and did not have any info. I had her send the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived my vehicle was parked outside, DONE, my keys sitting on Rays desk, brunette gal from service cashier desk knew exactly where to look for any paperwork immediately and closed out the ticket, and that’s when I got a text notifying me my car was ready for pickup.. This is unacceptable in all aspects. If it was that easy to find my paperwork when I SHOW UP, it should’ve been done while I was on the phone.. it is also unacceptable for my vehicle to be sitting, READY to be picked up for the entire afternoon without being notified promptly when it is done. I had other things to do that day that did not get done because of this. And not having accountability of where a service tech is at, whether at lunch or wherever, and not having completed invoices closed out and ready promptly as well as BEFORE ‘disappearing’ for however long is unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patrons’ time.
