My service performed today at Lewis was adequate. It was supposed to only take an hour. It took close to two again. The most concerning part was a woman being verbally abusive to one of your sales technicians that I had to be a part of because she was very loud and vocally abusive to the individual in the office that is not something that I want to experience when I go in to get my oil changed and there was nowhere to go that I didn’t feel that I wasn’t going to hear this woman verbally abuse your staff

Steve set up an additional appointment on an issue I’ve had nearly the whole time I’ve owned the car. It was once checked out previously by Toyota and there was nothing to be found wrong but the vehicle still shifts hard into drive out of park or reverse out of park when the vehicle is parked on an incline and I don’t think this is normal. It should still shift smoothly, so Steve was nice enough to schedule another service to have a technician check it out and he’s going to personally drive with me in the car so he has a better idea of what’s going on. So, yes, so far things are looking great.
