The only issue I had was the texts to let me know when my car is done are not even close to accurate. My husband stayed and worked and was able to take the car right away and was done around 12/12:30. I didn’t get a text until 3 that my car was done. This is frustrating because I needed my vehicle in the afternoon and was going to take our second vehicle to trade my husband at work but wasn’t able to because I didn’t know it was done until hours later and it was too late. Please send that text quicker when it is done

I left a voicemail the next day with a concern/complaint and rec’d no call back. I tried texting as well as suggested the day my car was being serviced, again zero response. I won’t be back.
Also a repair that was quoted as approximately $400 ended up being twice that. The difference in price should have been mentioned when Scott called to report running into a problem.

Even your service department are salesmen. Never a straight answer. Never enough help, and parts always on backorder. Took 2 days to get an engine checked and damage estimate. Vehicle was done but mo one bothered to call. Their pat answer...oh we're short staffed. Get it together !

Cause of engine problem not found as no error codes found due to loss of power to vehicle secondary to loose positive battery clamp. Error codes were not retained due to power loss. Took vehicle home in hopes of problem recurring in order to record error codes & finding source of problem.

My only complaint is I oringally was dealing with a different service manager which no is no longer employed. I had scheduled to bring my vehicle in and get a loaner. I drove 1.5 hours and there wasn't a loaner. So I had to drive back 1.5 hours. So when I came a 2nd time I called for a loaner but none were available and was told I would be called if one was available. Never got a call and drove 1.5 hours and my wife followed. Walked in and was told a loaner was avaliable but never got a call saying that. Again at this time I was dealing with a different service manager which is no longer employed or in a different postion.
I feel the cost is spot on. Better than I can get locally where I live
