Marqus did a fine job as a service manager. He kept me informed about the status of my car. Unfortunately my concerns couldn't be completed due to parts needing to be backordered, but that isn't Marqus' fault. Hopefully, when the parts arrive, they can be installed immediately and I won't have to wait 2 weeks before the work is completed.

**** called me the 1st day my car was in your shop. I was unable to answer his call, but called back 3 times soon after. No one answered in the service department and I was unable to leave a voicemail and the message said it was unable to receive anymore messages. I called 4 times on Monday with the same result. My wife brought me to the dealership and I finally talked to **** in person and told him that I was unable to contact him or leave a message. Nor did he attempt to contact me on Monday. He apologized and said he was very OCD about customer service and would make sure I stayed informed. The car wasn’t ready, because he did not have my approval to proceed with fixing the AC. Well, he hadn’t bothered trying to get my approval on Monday. I called on Tuesday to see if it was ready, since **** again had failed to reach out to me. The only reason why I got through to the service department was telling a salesperson about my experience and he put me through to the service manager. The service manager didn’t pick up, but I did talk to someone else and they checked and said my car was ready. At this point I would not give a favorable review for ****’s customer service. 1 out of 5 stars seems appropriate.
