I waited for an hour before any updates on my car. I was told my service was not 100% necessary and they pulled my car around and out of the shop without consulting me first. I told them I still wanted the service done and it took another hour. I was told it was going to be 1-1.5hrs total and it took two hours for an oil change. Overall, a bit disappointed on the staffs assumptions and lack of communication through the process.

Nobody answers the phone when I call. I've called no less than a dozen times and maybe 25% of the time someone picks up. The Tech tried to deny warranty coverage on a defective body panel by suggesting my wife ran over a rock or curb, despite ZERO evidence of damage. I've been waiting on parts for several weeks. Was supposed to get a call to schedule follow-up service when parts arrived. That never happened. I had to call again, only to learn that the parts had been sitting there for a week! Who knows how long I would be waiting if I hadn't called again.
