There was a misunderstanding about the cost of the new battery I received - It took along time to figure out- which was not the fault of Marcus- l like him and he was just trying to do his job being professional and curious. My friend Pat who came to the Honda Dealership on my behalf felt I was charged to much. Which was corrected. Thank you. All of this was frustrating for me, Pat and you.

Issue wasn’t resolved. We asked them to fix a plate/splashguard that was left hanging /dangling and look for a leak after recent oil change. No leak was indentified and the plate wasn’t fixed upon picking it up.
