We came for change oil and inspection service for our brand new car since it has been 6 months after purchased (we followed the manual given to us). Left our car to do some errands and came back after an hour without knowing that they didn’t do change oil since it’s still 50%. They just informed us right there. Hoping next time they will call us to inform and ask for confirmation if we will or not do change oil since we live almost 4 hours aways from Billings. They want us to be back if the oil is 15%. But anyway, we will come back again.

I don't feel like the investigated the rattle problem, I heard it all the way home. You need to get on the freeway and go 70mph. We do long distance driving and hear it all the time

It was mid-afternoon and my tire’s low pressure warning flashed. The service department was very busy but they welcomed me anyway. Don, the ‘courtesy’ driver gave me a ride home. Within three hours staff removed a two inch long drill bit from my tire and plugged it. Staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very grateful and very impressed. The quality of the service is why I have been a loyal customer for nearly forty years.

He was very helpful in answering all my questions and told me all the charges before the work was done. When completed,he went over all the paperwork. Afterwards, he walked me to the car and asked if I had any other questions then removed the plastic seat cover as well as the floor protector. It's the little things that you guys do that keep us coming back to buy our Hondas through out the years...thanks!
