My brakes didn't get inspected. My lights were inspected and considered good. One of the fog lights has a cracked lens. When I notified staff that my car was on the street, I was told it was in the bay with the hood up. I needed to get to the dentist for a tooth that cracked earlier that day. Not a planned visit. I appreciateMatt satying he had me covered and wouldhave the car done by 1 so I couldget to the dentist. After being told the car would be done at 1, at 1:25 I was being lent a car to go to the dentist. Matt apologized because hed been to lunch and Scott left for lunch before completing the car. I replied thats comforting. Matt responded Scott is one of our better techs. I said that comforts me even more. I'm being sarcastic. Matt took a picture of my license. Emily asked if my insurance card was in the glove compartment. I replied yes. Emily went to the car in the bay and presented the card. I said that's not my card. Emily said it is, I got it out of your car. I said you people are driving me crazy. This is not my card or from my car. Matt said it is, we match your name with the VIN. I said I'm sure you do, but I know that card is NOT my insurance card and didn't come from my car. The service manager walked by. Matt said Scott was supposed to complete her car before he left for lunch. The service Mgr said the car with the fuel pump recall? Matt replied yes. The service Mgr. responded it is done. I said I am telling you people my car is on the street. And guess what? It was. Scott did his job. Thanks Scott. You got thrown under the bus. After waiting 45 minutes for my car, I was taken to my car by Matt. He started to go to the car behind my car. I said that's not my car. Matt didn't charge for my oil change. I am scared every time I bring my car in. There was a woman in the service area picking up her car, she rolled her eyes to me before I left and she said this happens every time I come here. Oddly when I was waiting, I was looking at the wall behind the service desk where staff pictures used to be. I noticed the wall was partially painted and I thought...what a half **** paint job..why wouldn't they paint to the vent pipe? I thought I hope my service work isn't done half assed and considered ok, like this paint job.
The history with this service department has been below standard on many occasions. I work with another car dealer in Billings and know this isn't a norm. I continue to go to Honda for service thinking they should be able to handle service for a car they sell.
Well they couldn't even find my car and told me I, who bought and drive my car every day, didn't seem to know my car or my name based on the insurance card.
I was going to get the recommended brake fluid flush and transfer case flush but something nudged me to lets see how they handle an oil change and recall and bring it back next week if it goes well. Thank goodness I didn't. I can't imagine what else could have gone wrong.
I do thank Scott, the tech, for completing the car timely. Just wish yhe brakes were checked and the cracked fog light lens noted. I did want to find out how much that cost.
My experience was a fiasco, but it wasn't the first time and clearly not other customers.
Just a new set of advisors.

Emily did not complete my service. She had to be out sick. I was told I would receive a call back in a day but did not receive a call. I wasn’t frustrated just curious on the status of my vehicle. What made the experience pleasing is that I could tell everyone either enjoys their job or was just very friendly and customer focused. They were all very apologetic.

I scheduled an oil change, but I was upsold for brake fluid and a tire rotation, then the specialist comes back to tell me a bolt was broken during the process, and needed to be replaced. I said ok, but they didn’t mention the cost of the bolt was almost $300. I paid the full $450 I was charged, but I feel like I was scammed after looking at my invoice. I won’t be back.
