Marcus was fantastic. The phone system which asks you to select which tech you want to leave a message for was worthless; vm box was full and couldn’t leave a message. The outgoing message said to call him on another number, which looped back into the system where the mailbox was full. I then called and selected option “4”, which took me to a live person who again transferred me to the same loop where the mailbox was full. ****, the name of the tech on my texted appointment confirmation, was ‘on the phone’ per the outgoing message numerous times, and the live person who answered option 4 said **** wasn’t even working today. The phone system makes me want to go elsewhere.
