I called last-minute on Monday to see if I could get my vehicle serviced same-day at Underriner Honda. **** helped me schedule the correct services and kept me apprised continuously throughout the time I was at the shop. I really appreciate the time, effort and care the crew at Underriner Honda took to make sure my vehicle and myself were taken care of.

Marcus is going to be great in time. When trying to determine what my Acura issue was, they determined it was the AC FUSE RELAY, when he told me he said $49, but at checkout it was $207 including diagnosis. He should have mentioned that. He'll be fine, communication is key.

When you did your multi point inspection to find out that my air filters needed to be inspected . You had to pull them out to check them. You would have had to put them back in if I would had said no. So I had them replace and got a $55.00 service bill to put them back in. Doesn’t make sense to me. I did argue just paid it and left. Marcus was very good and kept me informed.
