From the start I was pleased with my experience. Marcus met me at the car, answered questions that I’d had concerns about, and had them remedied in no time. Resets I had done for years and hadn’t been working recently, just needed holding down a few seconds rather than me releasing them as I normally did. The other needs that were found, he called about and I had them do, so by the end of a long breakfast, everything was accomplished.
