Marquis was great. Did not provide ride home as promised nor update me Did not perform tire rotation as requested **** checked me in. Spoke very disrespectfully with a raised voice- told me 5 techs called in Service Mgr got rotation done and discounted Several unpleasant experiences at this dealership-will not be back!!!

Marqus went above and beyond helping us with our car. I was at home in Glendive and remembered that we had an extended warranty and all the info was in the glove box. He got the info out and called the warranty company and then called me so I could call them too. Plus he kept us informed on the progress on the car. All of this while taking care of all of his other customers. I was very impressed with the service he provided and always with a smile on his face. What a Great Young Man.

Appointment was at 4 I sent my grandchildren to do chores for me They got there at 3 they were told you were here before. We will do a reset I had an appointment Monday for the 2019 passport. This one today is for the 2020 Honda Accord. A sedan not an SUV. I purchased 2 Hondas there and I take them in For service you have done this before on the Accord not change the oil just reset the computer system. You did it last year the lady told them you’ve been here 3 times this month You need a reset again. The car needed an oil change the previous time was for repair. Grandson bought a court of oil to top off oil before coming home. What does it take to get an oil change there ? You need to refund my money! The car parked in the same spot till 5:30 and then it was parked outside I was told a car wash was included too None of my cars get washed Sometimes I send my grandson on errands and the oil change is one of them. Tell me or write me a letter why the Honda accord cannot get an oil change and why my grandchildren are treated like they have no value and the Accord does not red a necessary oil change.

The vehicle returned for a rear view mirror and check for a rattle noise in the engine compartment. We asked to have the Service Manager to listen to the engine for rattle noise with the engine is running. The adviser told my wife they listen to it and they didn’t hear anything. We wanted them to listen to it so we would have it on file in case an issue could occur later. No copy of a repair order no operating as design intent nothing. I would think a repair order would have been created.
