The wrong hub caps were ordered. Apparently they don't have black ones like I had asked for and a silver set came in instead. I was asked if I still wanted them as a 2nd set and I said no. The parts manager initially wanted to charge me a restocking fee which is absolutely insane that he would even consider this considering the fact that it wasn't my fault at all.

**** Jones was totally helpful and wonderful. My issue is driving back to Cascade and my car all if a sudden sounding like a helicopter above me about to crash. Had to drive very slowly to find a place to pull off the road. Lugnuts on the right front tire had not been tightened. Could have been a tragic event if that tire would have come off. Coincidentally had the same issue when Honda in Gt. Falls worked on my car. Make sure your mechanics finish the job.

You're people were very good and professional. They did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. Different from the past. The problem is with the vehicle. I would not purchase another Honda vehicle.

Felt that I wasn’t fully advised that my battery was low and needed to be charged and that perhaps I have a battery/alternator issue. Was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Hoping I don’t have the same issue again. Not very comfortable with my car right now

One issue that should be noted. Within 10 miles, I had a low tire pressure warning. 2 tires were high, 2were perfect. I think the TPMS should be recalibrated just to keep customers from having to return or visit a tire shop. It’s not a personnel issue, I think it may just be Honda quirk.
