This was a horrible experience. Never got called about my car until the following day. Had to come down on Saturday to pick it up and no one could find it took almost half an hour. Never got an explanation yet on what the engine lite was on for. I asked what code was it and was told they did know and would have to look it up. That they should have some answers for me when I picked up. That never happen. The service Department look miss managed and in chaos and one employee even complained to me about how bad it was

No follow up contact. I had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle ride and then had wait over an hour again to get a shuttle ride back. Nobody called with diagnoses to give quote and get permission to repair. But I appreciate that they worked me in and got it repaired today. Thanks.

Cheryl was amazing! However, to have a 2:00 appointment that takes 1.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and putting a new air and cabin air filter in is bananas, normally I’m in and out in 30-45 minutes. Then to get back in my car and everything from my glove box on my front seat still was a tiny bit annoying…and only because it was $165. If I’m paying $165 I expect everything to be as it was in my car when I hop back in. Again, Cheryl is absolutely amazing and so friendly

I dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. to have an oil change, tire rotation, and a dash rattle looked at. Oil change was done by 8:30. No communication since then. Called around 1 and was told the dash rattle had been heard, but source not found. Said I needed the vehicle back. Got there @ 2 and was told the tech had just started to address the rattle when I called. Also, no tire rotation had been done. Looked at the mileage in and out on work order and it was the same mileage. Pretty sure the car sat there for 4-5 hours with no work being performed and that nobody had actually performed any work to address the dash rattle.

My truck was outside and appeared all ready to go, but I waited 25 minutes after I noticed it, and had to go to the counter in order to get checked out instead of the tech coming to me and letting me know it was done

I understand accidents happen during an oil change and forgetting to put the cap back on the engine oil access happens. I’m happy that the team cleaned the mess after I brought the my car back in. The team did offer an apology. I’m a little surprised that the team didn’t take customer service a bit further and say something like “we sure appreciate you getting up early and driving back here so we can clean up our mistake. You may have even had to rearrange your work schedule and take time off. How can we earn your trust back?”
