There seems to be an issue with communication. I was told a 20 minute wait for a ride but after 45 minutes I checked and the ride was not going to happen. I am fine with that and called my son to come get me. Would of appreciated knowing what was happening. I was apologized to but there needs to be better customer communication

Marquis did a great job assisting me check in my vehicle for the fuel pump recall campaign, and keep me abreast of developments as they completed the service. He also went through an analysis of my car’s health and some important maintenance updates I should do that I hadn’t really thought about, like transmission oil replacement and others that will help my car last longer and give trouble free service to us.
