Discussed with the manager, Jonathan was kind to me, Nate, but did have alot of issues throughout my experience to fix my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in on a Wed afternoon. The issue with my vehicle was not diagnosed until Thurs. The official issue was not fixed until Friday, and even then I was not allowed to drive my vehicle home due to the seal needing time to dry. The following Monday I finally can pick up my vehicle in a blizzard. Jonathan did not communicate at all as it was me having to call Underriner for updates, furthering a lack of communication. On top of that I was told by Jonathan that my vehicle would be ready at a specified time, and in common parlance that should be understood as me leaving with my vehicle. Worst of all, he called my father, Matt, an '****'. When I spoke to the manager about all of the above, excluding the comment made by Jonathan, and requested a discount for the stress, trouble, and wasted trip, the discount offered felt like an insult. Honestly glad to be done with it. I would be happy to discuss in detail if anyone gets this far. Nate ****-****-xxxx.

12 weeks after recall, then had to return after driving less than a mile because the repair was not right. Good people at the service desk, very poor system of customer service! Your actual performance is second rate, management seems unaware or uncaring of the problem.

Insurance sent me in for an estimate, which was what I had scheduled after several attempts to make the appointment (no return call after Messages several times). I had my vehicle fixed at your body shop ( 5 stars ). I was very surprised by the 165.00 bill I was given after the “estimate” of there was a fee I totally understand that however that should have been disclosed initially so I could have gotten the insurance company’s approval before the service (witch I’m sure would not have been an issue) all and all highly unprofessional and unorganized

Nobody is answering the phones there. It has been 2 days with no response or answer on what is going on with my car at your shop. I bought it from there 2 months ago and now it isn’t working. I would appreciate more customer service.

First time I ever made an appointment at 10:30am, made it clear I was coming in from Cody WY. At 1:00 pm never heard a thing so finally called and was told, we may not be able to get you in today. One thing out of many was fixed. Very sad situation. Wow how things have changed.

What has happened to your service department? Usually great service but Yesterday really bad. Came in for oil change but told the battery was bad. (It’s a brand new 100 month battery). They were ready to check me out and Send me on my way. Then he said he would put it on a trickle charger so they took it back in for another 45 minutes and there after suggested I put it on a trickle charger in the evenings. I have no idea if the battery is good or bad and I wasn’t the only unhappy customer as some cars were getting washed and others were not. When I came back and noted no wash Johnathan said he would take it back in a third time. At this point I just took it to the Wave because I didn’t trust I wouldn’t be there another 45 minutes. It’s gotta improve or I’m gone!
