When i dropped my car off I was told I have one more oil change service, then when I picked it up I was told it was my last "complimentary" service. When I asked why he said because I am.not the original owner, yes I am. Then he said because it's your 4th, I said I believe it's my 3rd. Then he said it was b3acise of the mileage. This is our second brand new car we have brought from undereiner, and usually the service is good. This day for this particular man was not the service we come to expect from underreiner. We love working with our sales lady there, but this has me wondering.

Jackson is great. The dealership does not stock wear parts. Why would I want to buy a car from a store that does not stock parts? Owning a Hyundai has been a sad experience and now I am afraid to buy any auto brand carried by this company.

I came in to have my vehicle fixed. Check engine light was on, which meant my remote start wouldn't work. I...(being a female), apparently meant I didn't know what I was talking about and was treated as such! My husband came with me for my next appointment and it was an entirely different experience...they hopped to it and made sure HE was happy! Friday November 8th my vehicle was serviced....Friday the 8th after picking it up...my check engine light was back on and I can't use my remote start again! ****

When I called to make the appointment to get the recall on my door fixed, they checked to make sure they had the parts to do it. I arranged rides and had to take time off of work to take my car in, only to be told that the parts were in fact not there to fix my door. Complete waste of my time. Now supposedly the parts are on order and I will get a call when they arrive and will have to bring my car back in. Poor service, poor communication, poor planning. I have zero confidence that I will actually get a call to reschedule. Meanwhile my door is strapped down because it won’t stay shut.
