The repair is a repeat repair of an oil leak. It was apparently misdiagnosed the first time. The part isn’t in stock and I was told it will take a couple weeks. Meanwhile my car is dripping oil in my garage and I’m driving it anyway.

I do not need contacted, as I’m sure comments have been made in the service notes the guy in the candy cane business suit. UNLESS THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD LIKE TO REACH OUT TO ME. When asked what the 20k service included Jackson stated, “an oil change and cabin filter replacement.” After looking up what the VW Carefree service included it clearly was WAY more than that. When this was brought to his attention, he again stated that it was “just an oil change and cabin filter replacement”. At this point we (my husband & myself -I am mobility limited on crutches right now and cannot drive myself) felt were being lied to about the services VW was supposed to offer. There had already been a miscommunication from the start that I thought had been worked out about services with Jackson & the guy with the Candy Cane suit. The guy with the suit, while speaking to my husband (I was sitting in the waiting area and could not hear the whole conversation) did state he could and would refuse service. He then left to see if the technician had started to oil change on my car. Apparently he had started the oil change and had to complete the job. Once finished the guy in the suit attempted to only address my husband, I had to ask if there was any paperwork to sign. I signed the papers as the car is in my name, as it is MY CAR. I had asked about software updates originally when we got there, the paperwork states nothing about any of that. After signing the guy in the suit (as he was walking away) said, “I suggest you get you get your car serviced in Bozeman next time.” 100% unprofessional!! I already live 70 miles away in Crow. My VW app does not reflect the 10K service because someone in error at Underriner did my VIN wrong and it won’t transfer over for recording. Additionally, I got screwed when KIA sold VW, losing additional free oil change services in my contract. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE FROM KIA OR UNDERRINER OF THE CHANGE. So now, thanks to the guy in the suit, I feel 100% unwelcome at Underriner as a customer.
