There was a mistake with oil made during my visit. Your service team acknowledged the mistake and attempted to correct the mistake. It was acceptable to me but it wasn’t the same as not making the mistake in the first place.

It would’ve been nice to actually meet the tech and asked my questions directly, but I understand why that didn’t happen. I appreciate the extra time you put in on the cruise control and the stupid map, which is really starting to piss me off. I was not told that if I brought my car in to be looked over for a recall problem that I would be charged almost $200 for a diagnostic test. Especially considering it was a mileage problem, it shouldn't of needed the diagnostic to begin with.
