Only issue I had was that the service technician was a little slow bringing my keys back to Ms. Medellin after the oil change was completed and I refused additional service suggestions especially since much of the work was done last year.

I received a telephone call stating my car was due for service. I was informed on the phone that I would receive $10.00 off today bringing my total of $69.95. When I arrived at my scheduled time I informed the service representative who stated that price would be honored. I was taken in for service late which pushed my pick up time to closing time. I went to pay and was NOT given the promised $10.00 discount. I was told by the cashier that there was no one to help resolve this issue. I was brought in under false pretense. I would have made a different decision if I knew they were not going to honor the discount. I will think twice before I use advantage Toyota ever again. I have been a loyal customer for many years.
