At checkout I asked them about oil change coupon checking out. They said I wasn't able to get the coupon because I didn't say coupon when I first got there. On the coupon it expires 5/31 and it says to say coupon at checkout. I did that and was not granted the discount. I had another car serviced with oil coupon a week before and it was in the system. Like the work done, but not the service advisor.
