I was satisfied with the work. I just wish they had been more realistic on the time. I was told 2 hours to repair so I waited. It ended up being up being over 4 and a half hours. Just keep a customer informed if it takes longer.

Me and my family have been customers for this exact location for more than 10 years now. However, today I experienced unprofessional responses and attitude from this advisor. I asked Steven questions and he responded with a very hostile tone and kept cutting off my conversation with him. I was given a wrong price breakdown for my vehicle and when I questioned him, instead of helping me understand the price, he got defensive and responded with a terrible attitude. Need to speak to a supervisor or manager about this situation. Not only to hold that advisor accountable, but to also finally find out what the prices were for and the breakdown.
