I purchased a new battery today. The car stopped several times while still in your dealership. When I first complained one of the technician doubted my claims. Finally the technician took the car in and recalibrated the wiring for the battery.

I called for a quote to have my vehicle evaluated for a suspected hybrid battery failure and was quoted ~$200 on the phone but when I showed up I was told there was an additional $300 charge to have the hybrid scan performed. Seemed like a bait and switch and I ended up canceling the hybrid scan as I already pulled up code p0A80 with my own scanner. I will be going elsewhere for the hybrid replacement. The employees there were very nice at least
