Emonie was so helpful and made sure my car check was Thorough. Even those there were more problems with my car than I thought emonie broke it down to me so I could understand what all needed to be done without being overwhelmed with the price or wait time. Toyota river oaks and emonie really helped me out a great deal today.

My experience with the Steven began fairly well. Following the completion of my service, I inquired about a coupon. Steven communicated to the receptionist checking me out, the service center system was down and he was unable to move forward to process and/or look up any applicable coupons. I then inquired more, as I was unsure of the meaning of “not being able to use the system due to the service department being closed.” Steven’s answers to my questions lacked empathy and resolution. Additionally, Steven appeared to be confused by my request for a coupon, as if this were outlandish. As the conversation went forth, Steven communicated he would speak to his manager Monday morning for a possible resolve. I communicated to Steven that I was not offered the opportunity to use coupons and I was not asked the question of if I would like to explore the Toyota River Oaks site for applicable coupons. What this translates to is an unsatisfactory customer service experience for me. There was a not an effort to ensure I received the best rate for my service while taking advantage of deals and/or promotions. Steven’s lack of regard for this matter was disappointing and lacked alignment with my customer experience. Communicating also, there are not signs posted or notifications when customers drop off their vehicles, that coupons must be used before a certain time or the service department cannot honor them. I would not wish to work with Steven in the future as his approach was centered on his own goals, not those of my needs as the customer.

I bought my vehicle there and it was a pleasure to purchase but over the years hospitality and common courtesy is gone my oil changes are different prices every time I come that is a issue a HUGE ONE YOU GUYS used to have Fred water and things to make the customer feel appreciated not anymore when I come in the service department for anything I feel like I’m a dollar sign and not a valued customer everyone in service is looking to rip you off that’s what it feels like and I don’t like it been wanting to trade my car in but with the service and respect you get there NOW IS WACK HORRIBLE AND DOES NOT DISPLAY A PROFESSIONAL AND KIND DEALERSHIP THAT ALONE GETS YOU FAR IN LIFE THANKS
