Seems like I was rush off because of the time which still the shop didn't close until 5:o'clock was not explain to about the driving pattern throughly and what I should do about it. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED YESTERDAY!!

I was not given time to consider the Multi-point inspection nor the results of the UVEYE scan. Most importantly my car runs loud and noisy while idling i expected some comment regarding this from you trained staff. When asked about this he told me “i sent the report to your phone 2 minutes ago, your car is fine”. Two minutes ago was when he came into the lobby to tell me my car was ready. So i paid and left disappointed with my noisy engine said to be “fine”.

I waited three hours. When I got home, my car hubcap was not in my vehicle. Either the technician didn’t install it properly or didn’t put it back on. When I called back, the employees were insensitive to my experience and didn’t let me express my discontentment. Due to this, I’m going to start taking my vehicle to Toyota in Merville.

I did an oil change, where the employee who did the service, stained the engine with a lot of oil. My car smelled of burnt oil, I went to the diler and asked for the service manager, to whom the employee replied, that they did not have. I asked them for an explanation of what happened, and they told me that this was normal. another employee said that they would clean it. The Toyota service in that place is not serious with customers.
