I think that having a customer wait close to 3 hours for an oil change when that customer has an appointment is totally unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer. And the service writer was very unconcerned about the time investment by the customer.

I was completely satisfied, I liked the attention the service department gave, and the fact they listen to my suggestions. The light scanning of my vehicle was nice letting me know what was wrong, with my ABS.

It took 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. 500000 mile inspection and filter change. I was told about 1.5 hours to do the work very unhappy waiting a half a day for that.
