I purchased my previous car a 2016 VW Tiguan from this dealership in 2019 and since then I have come there for my oil changes and received the service special price every time and was never told it was only for Toyota vehicles. I recently purchased a nee VW Tiguan and I still come there for my oil changes yet now I keep getting the run around that the Summer/Fall checkup specials are for Toyota vehicles only eventhough that isn’t listed in the website. That is frustrating to have to deal with everytime I come there, especially when I am then treated like I’m crazy and told “they’ll take me” as if they are doing me a favor when they are really just honoring the price listed. There was supposed to be a multi-point inspection done on my vehicle, a car wash and tire rotation but I never received the usual video of the inspection nor any other details about the inspection. And I didn’t receive the car wash. I don’t know that I will continue to come there for my vehicle service.

Emoine Williams was my service advisor. When he called me to let me know my vehicle was ready His coworker Kayy yelled out "now come pick up your **** truck" just as Mr Williams was hanging up so I heard him. I approached them and asked why would he say that They both apologized. So I reported it to the service manager. Mr Williams was rude to me 3 months ago And we had a problem with our last visit so I wrote a bad review but I decided to take it down while I was getting my oil changed because we had a better interaction when I first arrived this time but But I regret removing the bad review now. I think he told his co-worker about our bad interaction 3 months ago which made his co-worker think it was funny to yell out that as Mr Williams was hanging up the phone. I told him you normally just text me when my truck is done and you also send a report which they did not do. I had to call back up there to get the report on my truck. I actually really enjoy coming here besides my last incident with Mr Williams and now this time with him and his coworker makes me not want to come back with the hostility. I hope the service manager will handle it properly!!
