Took my vehicle in to see what was wrong when my driver reared tire, the staff member told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Took it to a tire shop and it just so happens that it was a nail. And my tire and apparently he didn't look

I was greeted right away. The staff was super friendly. The man who talked to me told me I'd be there for 1 hour, 2 hours tops. The waiting area was comfy. There was free coffee, a couple vending machines, and a tv. It was nice! Unfortunately, I was there for 3 and a half hours! Also, I wonder about the multipoint inspection because things that came up as problematic a year ago didn't come up this time, and I've not done anything to the car since then. Plus I had asked for a complimentary car wash twice, but didn't get one. I thought about going back in to remind them, but I'd been there long enough. It just takes too long! You guys gotta figure something out!
