When a customer calls no body answers the phone. The car took longer than anticipated which is understandable, with the work that needed to be done. However, it would have been nice to be updated on progress.

I am very very satisfied with the service I received today. I was met at my vehicle by a very courteous young man who explained the service that initial inspection. A text message with the results of the inspection Those repairs were done and I was informed that the work was completed. I was escorted to the cashier’s booth the line was long so Steven had me to sit in his office until it was my time to be checked out being very attentive explaining the service that was done.Wow Steven was a professional gentleman and very caring.
