I was told and shown a yellow piece of paper noting that my alignment could not be done because I needed a lower right control arm. The Rep indicated that the tech said it was the the right passenger side and most of the parts on that side. I then opened my trunk and showed him the lower right control arm that was just removed and placed 3 days prior. The look on his face was priceless. I asked him to make sure I had a copy of that yellow csheet attached to the documents I was given. Needless to say.,it was not there. I really don't believe your tech actually attempted to complete the alignment as it was the end of the day. When I scheduled the appt and during intake I asked for photos to be taken of any part needing repair. This is something given to me previously by the dealerships in Matteson and Oak Lawn. Needless to say those photos were not attached. I plan to take the car to one of your other dealerships. I was trying to do business at a shop with workers who looked like me; it's unfortunate that I have to go into the communities where my demographic is marginalized to get honest service. He was polite though.

Don’t know if my tires were rotated my tire sensor TPMS Sensor light was on and I wasn’t told to have it checked I also had to ask about my car wash. I hadn’t visited there in about two years had a bad experience. So I’m thinking before I come again Service workers were fine but I wasn’t told anything thing just got text to get my car ready ,so Uniform didn’t know you text just checked my phone after waiting and people going and coming so was not pleased

I was charged twice for the service and the one submitted to my card was the wrong amount. Had to return to get rear wiper closed. Yesterday, had to get tire respaired due to a nail. I asked that my tires be checked because I kept hearing a thud. I was told it was a brake sensor.
