I came in explaining that I needed my wheel bearings changed, and I also explained the budget that I had. I was approved for $400 on Sun bit, and had about $250 that I could have spent above that… Totaling about $600. I asked repeatedly how much getting my wheel bearings would cost but the sales person Steven told me he couldn’t tell me because it depended on the parts in the making model. He suggested that I get the diagnostic done for $189 and that fee would be put towards the cost of fixing the vehicle. I’m well aware of that process and I understood that, however, if I knew that getting one wheel bearing fixed was going to be $1069… An amount that I knew I could not afford, I never would have agreed to do the diagnostic to show me what I already knew was wrong with the car. Additionally, I got an oil change and a tire rotation for $89.95, which was fine. But what was very disappointing to me was that I paid $285 today for an oil change and a tire rotation essentially because I was unable to get my car fixed. I would’ve much rather paid $89.95 for an oil change tire rotation, and left with my car not fixed. I am a Toyota owner and have been for decades. I believe in the quality of Toyota and I try to always get my car fixed at the dealership. The main reason for this is that I don’t want to feel like I’m being bamboozled by an auto body shop. But today I felt like I was bamboozled by your dealership. I understand sales, but I don’t like intentional deception. When I explain to him what my budget was, he should’ve shown me the possible cost of getting one wheel bearing done up to all four of them. Just seeing that one wheel bearing was gonna be over $1000. I could’ve saved myself almost $200 today. I had a Toyota that was 20 years old that I brought to your shop for service. That car got totaled and I bought another Toyota, which I now bring to your shop for service. Of course my other car didn’t have a car note so now with the introduction of a car note and higher comprehensive insurance, plus with it being the beginning of the month and having just paid my rent and car note, it was a pretty hard blow to my finances to give you guys $280 today For an oil change and a tire rotation. I know that I actually paid the other $189 for the diagnostic and it wasn’t just for those two services, however, the diagnostic was completely unnecessary. I totally believe that Steven could’ve shown me the cost of replacing one wheel bearing all the way up to the cost of replacing all four wheel bearings without forcing me to get the diagnostic. I asked several times what the potential cost would be and he intentionally did not answer me. When I explained to him what kind of financial position this put me in, he didn’t seem very concerned. I don’t know if he gets commission based on how much my service is, but if he does, I consider that the type of practices that I try to avoid at other places. Maybe you have a policy in place not to give the customer the potential price before you get them in and sell the diagnostic, but I promise you it doesn’t make me want to be a customer when I feel like I was not treated transparently or fairly. Therefore, I will no longer be coming to your dealership to have my car serviced.

I was not notified my car was ready. I did not receive a text it was not notified in person. I was told my car was ready more than 10 min ago after waiting 2 hours. I was told my the multi inspection that I would not be able to get a service done and was being charged for it. Other Representatives were not very helpful or friendly while my representative was off. I did appreciate the friendliness of the sales team while I waited. Disappointed in my first time there.

I returned back to inquire about the scratches in the back of my vehicle on the Lexus emblem, below the emblem and above the license plates. The technician who serviced my vehicle was able to buff out the scratches above my license plate, however, the scratches on the silver metal emblem and below the emblem could not be removed. I get my vehicle hand washed to avoid scratches from car wash equipment. Unfortunately, I did not know this is whatToyota uses to wash the vehicles due to this being my first car wash there. I was really disappointed.
