Stephen was really professional. He honored my request by having a technician send me videos of my oil being changed in my filter being changed since I wasn’t able to go back and look for myself as always thanks for the good service that keeps me coming back having an amazing day

I was satisfied with the level of professionalism I received among various people I encountered during my visit. My expectations, regarding my time there, were managed, and the work was done in a timely manner. Overall, I went out of necessity, but I was also interested in knowing whether I should relocate the servicing of my vehicles from the current Toyota dealership I use to Advantage since I moved nearby. The sales person was very condescending. I was quoted one price on the phone and something different when I arrived.Hed.He didn't even attempt to answer the question asked concerning battery an elderly gentleman in the parts dept. Overheard the conversation and responded.The bill wasn't correct at the end of service, had to be adjusted and still didn't feel like it was correct. I just paid because I need my car. Will go to another dealership from now on.
