We had our car in on time at 10:10 and it was not finished until 2:30pm, we had no lunch and no one came out to see if we needed a ride to get something to eat. My husband is diabetic and does need to eat on time. I finally asked how much longer it would be about 2:00 and was told about 30 mins and that’s when I said we were getting hungry. At that point I was asked if I wanted a ride somewhere so we could get something to eat, at 2 pm and we had been there for almost 4 hrs. At 2:30 we finally left with NO lunch ! So I am sorry to say unless there is some warranty issue that pops up, we will be taking it here in Tonganoxie were we can at least sit at home while the car is being serviced or worked on. We bought the 2017 RAV4 in Dec 2016, paid cash for it and have alway had all work and service done at your shop, but sitting 4 hrs is just too long with our old bones with no lunch.

The service desk person was attentive when they arrived, however, it took several minutes of waiting before anyone paid attention to myself and the other individual that came in before me. The service person verbalized to me that he was sorry and didn't know why the other staff were standing around doing nothing.

I dropped off my vehicle Friday night for a 10am Saturday appointment. Although I received text messages in the morning about my vehicle being received and a technician being available to text and being assured I'd be notified when it was done, I wasn't. I waited all day and nobody told me it was ready. I texted at 2:30 and nobody answered. I called at 3 and was told there was nobody available to tell me about my car. Nobody!?? I asked for a manager and was told there was not one. So I left to get my car, ready or not, because I can't go without my car! I finally received notification at 3:30, while I was already on my way, that my car was ready. If I'd waited for notification, I would not have made it there in time before you closed at 4. Horrible service. The worst communication I've ever experienced. My first time at your dealership - and my last. I'm a very very unhappy customer.
