My service today was lagged from the start. I’ve been here beforehand and have always been greeted from my car upon arrival. I also had to track down a service advisor to check my car in and I was not kept aware of the status of my car after the estimated time elapsed of when it was to be done. I am a customer that appreciates excellent customer service when it comes to getting with car services done which can be a hassle before the work on the car gets done. Hopefully I have a better experience with customer service advisors next time.

Scheduled an oil change at 2:15pm. An hour into the appointment they said it would be past 4pm before they would get it done and the car has not been touched yet. . So, an hour into the appointment I did not have the service, and I decided to take the car home as I had to pick up my kids.

A few years ago when I moved to Kansas I tried several Toyota Dealers in the area and I liked Legends the best so I have used them ever since.
I think it's very well run, and nicely designed, and well kept, and all the service and sales people I have encountered are very nice. So far Kyle is my favorite for service. He is sharp and friendly. Rachel Pell recently sold me the car I presently have and she was very nice and found me a car that I really like A LOT. Keep up the good work.
