Bryce was awesome…saved me a bundle today with take off tires and even took the time to show me where my last service center was scheduling maintenance 20-30k miles before it was due. Also, when I called in to schedule the appointment, I requested an update on where I was on the list for a recall on my truck and Bryce gave me the info first thing when I dropped the truck off today. All in all I was very impressed, you all run a really great service center.

I called down 2 days before to get a rental so I could go to another appointment I had. There was no rental available when I got there. I was told the recall would take an hour when we arrived. At 1.5hrs I thought I saw my highlander in the garage I dropped it off but I figured they would tell me if it was mine. At 2hrs I went and asked. It was mine. A little disappointing because my time is very valuable.

You guys constantly recommend unnecessary services. Look at the pictures of my cabin and air filter. Furthermore, you tell me I need new tires, but don’t give tire tread measurements. I am forced to schedule an appointment, yet no advisors seemed available or wanting to come out and greet me. My car set ready for fifteen minutes while my advisor ate an orange and socialized. I had to approach to leave. Advisor said nothing about recommend services. Lastly total in report is different than what I was charged. While all minor issues , it’s a lot and I am just not sure I will return.
