I was surprised to find out that a recommended service every 30,000 miles had never been mentioned at any previous service appointment with your dealership. We are very diligent in having regular recommended service for our vehicle. The only excuse offered by the service advisor was that they had been experiencing problems with turnover. This is rather unfortunate and unacceptable.

Steering wheel was not centered after alignment. Also, I was told that the tech wanted to charge me for a diagnostic fee for a yaw sensor code. After researching it if there was a DTC for the yaw sensor it would have illuminated the traction control light. I also had never seen any current or historical codes for the yaw sensor. When I hooked up my autel scanner at home again there were no codes and no historical codes. Not impressed to be honest, won't be coming back and I'll have to go somewhere to get my steering wheel straightened because it was perfectly straight before the alignment. This is why I do all repairs and maintenance on my own, if you want something done right do it yourself. Unfortunately I'm at the mercy of other people when it comes to tire installs and alignments.
