Matt did what was expected and kept us up to date on the repair. Good service.

Trying to get this vehicle repaired has been a pain. You claim you can work on other brands and then send them to other dealers. I will not be purchasing another car here. I only plan to use the service department again if the car has rear end issues again because that's what you've been messing with for 2 months now

Mr. Jacobsen customer service skills is top notch. He doesn't treat you like your just another number, he took the time to informed me of what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. He and the rest of the service team treat you like your apart of the toyota family that is why I only bring my vehicle there. I bought my vehicle there and all service has been done there. Thank you Mr. Jacobson.

I had a fantastic experience with Evan and the rest of the Legends staff. My experience started with Amber, which is why I came back. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, not demanding. Should I require another vehicle in the future I will definitely come back here. Also, I already left you a nice review on Google and referred you to several people.

Rachel was actually my point of contact and she was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful without making me feel any pressure.

The brakes work great

I was highly annoyed by the time I left Toyota. Thankfully this was the last visit for my extended Toyota care package purchase from my initial car note purchase. I won’t be returning to this location as service has dwindled. The timeliness of my visit was not the expected time. I spent 1hr 45min waiting for my cars completion of service. When I went to get an update or request someone inquire about status, I was told to go to the next desk three times. The inexperience, or lack of training of person on software was evident. They didn’t even seem interested in finding an answer. I finally got to Bryce and he said it’s be 5-10more minutes. I asked him to finalize my paperwork so I could leave promptly after car return and I waited outside. Apparently he told the service folk there was no wait so they took their sweet time to bring my car to the front. I was very upset by that point, 4-5 other cars had been processed by then, it had been about 15mins passed the 5min which had been told. I asked someone if they could check on car status and he said he couldn’t that I could go ask Bryce. If I went back in that office, I wouldn’t have been too friendly. I’ll be leaving a Google review to alert others of the lack of service, communication and interest at this location. Other places do much better at servicing. Such as Hendrix Toyota which is where I will be taking my business and had been to previous to new car purchase at legends. And this is aside form the last time when one of the technicians broke my running sunglasses, and the manager decided to give me a damn credit instead of ordering me a new pair. Simply outrageous

Mathew and Andrew were both very courteous and efficient at taking care of my service for my Camry. While Mathew was pulling up my records after just getting back from lunch, Andrew jumped in and shared the findings with me that were recommended from the evaluation (was there for an oil change). I was glad they reviewed my brakes and let me know it’s definitely time to have them replaced. Will be making an appointment for July when I get back in to town. Thank you!

I am disappointed.You don't care about protecting the interiors of the cars; the person who brought the car from the shop had their clothes full of grease and oil and stained my seat. Once I got back home I had to clean it.
