Michael helped me to get additional repairs done on my daughter's car in addition to the airbag recall. His communication was excellent. The only thing that didn't go well was the shop not having the parts for the recall work although I made the appointment a month in advance. I do not fault Michael for this, but there was a failure somewhere. As a result, I can't pick up the car until my daughter can as she lives in Raytown and her work schedule has made it difficult. The day of the appointment would have been ideal. Otherwise, the service was good.

The person who checked me in could not be found when I was ready to check out. The person who helped me was great. However, I never received anything telling me how my car checked out (multi-point inspection). I also am frustrated because on my way home I realized that they did not reset the “maintenance required” button. I love brining my car to this location but it is not close to my house. Now I have to figure out when/how to come back to get this fixed.

Found rep to be rude and placed himself before customer. WiFi was done and he couldn’t provide receipt/ inspection report. When I requested that information be emailed to me once WiFi working he told me he couldn’t do that do to the number of customers he sees a day but I could call Monday and request. Don’t understand what his numbers of customers he checks in a day has to do with my request. I was the customer he could’ve taken down my information and had it done on Monday but now I have to call on Monday. To be honest the service has been going down hill over the last 2 years. I drive in from Olathe because the service used to be outstanding and I am rethinking where we will service our 3 Toyotas.

Working with legends was a very frustrating process. When trying to purchase a vehicle we had to call repeatedly to try to get any information. The dealership was not proactive in communication at all. With each step of the process we had to call to try to move things along since we were purchasing from out of state and unable to be in person at the dealership. When we finally got paperwork worked out I never heard back after sending the wire transfer. I had to call again to confirm payment was received and the vehicle would be delivered. Besides lacking communication at every step of the process, when the car was delivered the driver asked twice to come inside my home to use the restroom and wait for his ride which felt very uncomfortable as a woman purchasing a car. Overall i would never work with this dealership again or recommend it to anyone as it was a very difficult, frustrating process.

Not performed complimentary inspection nor did tell me when my vehicle was done. It probably sat outside for 30 mins before I had to ask someone if it was done. I was with my 2 year and it was past the 2 hour window I was told it would take to get the work done. Not the kind of service I was expecting from Toyota
