Walked in at 7:15am with no phone call or appointment due to my qindow regulator failing on my drive to work with rain in the forecast. Andrew without hesitation called parts, spoke to the master tech, and assured me he could get it knocked out. He even noticed I had some recalls that they could do at the same time. By 1030am I had a text my truck was ready for pick up. This will be my go to dealership for all thing toyota moving forward.

Everything was fixed as said and great customer service. I had weather stripping on the inside of my window messed up and the tint looks like it’s starting to peel on the same window that was fine when I took it in. Really no idea what could have happened while there so I’m leaving room I somehow didn’t notice it before dropping it off. That said it seemed like an obvious difference when I picked it up.

Better “handle with care” for customers vehicles, I wasn’t available to pickup my truck but my wife told me the young gentleman bringing my truck out dropped my key fob on to the concrete floor getting out the vehicle and did a hard brake causing a few items on my backseat to fall on the floor. I wasn’t to happy about hearing that when i got home.

Kyle was great to work with. Whoever the mechanic was that worked on my vehicle left a wet mess on the passenger side floor. Likely was the cleaning product that was used to sanitize my A/C system that I had done today. Glad I noticed it as it was pooled on the rubber floor mat and was underneath the floor mat on the carpet. I removed the floor mat to allow the carpet to dry out.
