Did not detail my car. You have before in same condition for regular price. Took 5 hours to inform you couldn't. Must not want my money. Will be going elsewhere from now on. You wasted my day, I was willing to pay double which is all is wrong to do. Must of turned into Walmart. Detailing department got lazy. 5 hours to do an oil change!? 3 hours last time. Please hire/fire correct people. Went from fantastic to terrible. If it takes so long you need more employees. Obviously you don't want the business. Thanks for not honoring quoted price, thanks for taking 5 hours to do an oil change. But your shuttle lady is fantastic, safe, courtious, pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed that more than your service. Please give her a darn raise, she truely deserves it. I did not raise a stink or even saying anything mean. I just know if that was my job to detail cars and I refused, that'd be my last day at 90% of places. I know its dirty but I live on a gravel road. You are the closest dealership so this has been my worst experience with legends toyota ever. This will be the end of a multi year loyal customer. Your oil lube department and detailing departments did not do as promised or even calling me ASAP. If you don''t need money you of informed me sooner. Am not happy. My email is if a manager would like to respond. Otherwise good bye, will be going elsewhere. There are many Toyota dealerships to go to. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Legends Toyota, but hell who cares right? You even to manage losing my car too. You got some serious Walmart like **** monkey crap going on. What happened? I wasn't remotely satisfied with my service and you might want to read my response text from this morning. It is almost, if not EVERY time I come there, your dealership leaves me astonished with something new they've done wrong. This is my second Toyota, all I look at is Toyotas, when I look at replacement vehicles but Legends Toyota's atrocious service over and over (mutilple times already noted) make me never WANT to buy another Toyota ever again.
