I think it was an hour and 45 minutes they were supposed to rotate the tires and give me a price on fixing a passenger side mirror all that time they didn’t get me a price on the mirror. All they did was rotate the tires but there’s more of a problem as the treatment from the sales staff was just abominable if anyone’s interested all you really need to do is look at the video and I imagine that place is wired for sound too. I had a rescheduled my service to coincide for 30 minutes after my salesman was supposed to get to work so that I could take care of the business of either putting a deposit down or purchasing a car I mean for Pete sake I had a 2025 Camry to trade and $30,000 in cash on me and the salesman was totally bored and not interested barely looked up from his computer screen. I had to go find him that guy did not want to sell me a car watch the videotape listen to the recording and decide for

Steven was outstanding!!! Friendly, outgoing, patient, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him. He didn’t try to push me to get services that weren’t absolutely necessary before my road trip. I’ve worked with other people in the service center and they’re nice but they didn’t have the personality that Steven has. He’s terrific!
