Everyone tried hard. The mechanic was diligent. But I had said that the battery would have to be replaced. It was 7 years old. However, the sales team said they had a good report on the battery. The light was on when I left and I had to spend my morning while they replaced it. If they had just done what they should have selling the car to me and not tried to give me a 7 year old battery, all would have been much better. BUT - they made it right and I am very happy now.

They didn’t initially want to honor the service agreement I paid for - had to get the sales team involved. Plus they don’t reset the maintenance minder, and for some reason the settings on my touch screen had been changed, as well as all of my “favorites” saved on the radio had been wiped.

Yes, he was very helpful and informed me about a service contract for pay for two get one free basically which saved me some money. The service was done very quickly. I was surprised how quick it was done. I always go to legends for my service if at all possible because I do like the people there very much and I usually don’t have to wait very long.

I agreed to recommended services outside of my scheduled oil change after being told it would only take 2-2.5 hours. I waited there for 6 hours. The only communication I got was when the service rep was going to lunch. I won’t agree to additional services outside of my regular oil change at this location again.
