Someone else helped me when I picked up my car. I wish he would’ve taken more time to explain what was done, and to answer questions. I just bought my car, and this was the first time i had dealt with your service department.

This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to a car dealership. Everyone was very helpful and very professional. Service manager David Rank is a one of a kind type of guy. The world would be in such a better place if we had more guys like him. The same could be said for Mr. Evan Donahue. He was great in helping me out and making me feel comfortable when I was in a bind. Same goes for the rest of the staff I came in to contact with. I feel like we are being pushed for extras every time we bring vehicle in for service for BS that’s unnecessary. Just because “mfg recommends” doesn’t mean it’s needed. And even when told exactly what I wanted n asked them to let me know prior to doing anything extra yall still did extra and charged for it! Keep that up and I will not come back and I will find another dealership to do biz with.
