Very thankful for the service. Michael was friendly and helpful. Only true complaint is that, I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took almost 5 hours. It would have been nice to have updates on what was occurring and that the estimated time was extended. Without knowing, it messed up a few other appointments I had today.

They worked on my Lexus that just purchased from out of state, they looked over the car for a new used car purchase for about 500 and it may seem high but they took my mind off alot of what ifs about my new purchase.
