Communication was lacking. I did not get updates on the work on my vehicle and was communicated to very well on when the vehicle would be done getting worked on. I had to keep checking in.

The past three times I have had my vehicle serviced at Legends, it has never been delivered within the timeframe as indicated by the service advisor. Last time it was over 30 minutes late, yesterday it was over an hour. When I make an appointment on your website, most times slots are available, leads me to believe most service customers are walk-ins. I have to ask what is the purpose of having an appointment if walk-ins consume all available service capacity?

When i reruned to pick up my car I noticed it was sitting outside and the windows were down. Needless to say it was pouring rain and my entire car was drenched. There was water inside my pocket on my driver door and the seat was drenched. Not a good experience today

My service was fine but I need to speak to a manager because someone was in my car. They had my passenger seat pulled all the down to my back seat like they were laying down in my car! I had an oil change there is no reason why my passenger seat should have been moved. I don’t appreciate someone using my car for their personal reasons. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but this was disrespectful! I took a picture of it so you’ll know that I was telling the truth. I didn’t noticed the seat back until I had left. I was trying to get home to take a nap before I went to take care of my dad.
