My appointment was at 9:30am and I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. I did not receive my car until 1pm. At noon, I asked the service advisor how much longer it would be, and he said they were finishing up. I wouldn’t expect “finishing up” to take an additional hour. I have no problem waiting, but also the lack of communication, when I was told 1.5-1 hr 45 min and I had to go ask him what was going on after 2.5 hours is completely unacceptable.

The person that checked me in was very personable but when he checked me out he was acting strange which led me to think something was wrong. When I walked out to the car I immediately saw a scrap on the driver side door that was not there before. I told the service tech that brought me the car and the mechanic about the scrape and they both indicated they filmed the car before driving it into the garage for service work. This was not true because the service guy never walked around the car. He stayed right on the driver's side then walked back into the check in office to finish the transaction. Therefore, there was not a video taken before it was taken into the mechanics garage. They denied all involvement in the scrape. I drove off thinking I would deal with this later.
