The car not done on time as it’s promised and I have to come back again

My dad always told me be the first appointment or you’ll spend your entire day there, typically I am in and out of this place within the time frame they give me when I arrive. Today was not that day. I had a 10:15 I arrived a little early and got checked in. Was told and hour and forty minutes, I was there for 4.5 hours. Tough day. Got no updates which I am sure is normal but it would’ve been nice if someone said hey it’s actually going to be a much much longer wait can we get you a shuttle somewhere etc.

Communication was very poor. The car is cutting off if we stop hard. It never has done that before. The connectors they were supposed to fix, I don't think they got fixed. If the car is going in reverse it cuts of. So I don't think they fixed the connectors like they were supposed to. Josh said they were going to be fixed because the mechanic had broke them on our first visit. So I don't understand how my car came out with a problem of it cutting of while we are driving it
