I got an oil change for my vehicle today. I asked for a coupon offyour website. Was told there are no coupons on your website like there have been in the past. Your sister dealership, legends Honda, gladly and willingly gives us coupons for oil changes anytime, we have an oil change. You need to offer the coupons for oil changes if you would like for my business to continue.

Appointment was scheduled on Thursday, September 5th, 2024 for Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 7:15AM CDT. Upon scheduling the appointment for oil change and tire rotation, I requested a shuttle home. I arrived to my appointment on time and was promptly greeted by Bryce at 7:18AM. Once inside, he confirmed my scheduled appointment and asked if I was staying, in which I stated a shuttle would be needed. I asked if the manager was in. Bryce stated the manager would be in around 8-9AM. I asked Bryce if he could have the manager give me a call once he gets in (to discuss a prior conversation with the manager). Bryce confirmed he would, advised I take a seat and a shuttle will be with me in 5-10 minutes. This exchanged occurred at 7:22AM. Bryce exited to the back and I sat down. I remained seated until Bryce’s return to the front at 7:47AM. I went back up to his desk and asked when will the shuttle be ready (as it has been 25 minutes).. Bryce then advised another individual was in front of me for the shuttle and they were on their way back. I asked Bryce if it was noted on my appointment a shuttle was needed; he confirmed it was. I sat back down and waited until 8:00AM, in which I identified the shuttle driver, confirmed I was the customer in need of a ride and was escorted home. Once my service was complete, I returned back to the dealership by way of shuttle, Bryce assisted with closing me out. At this time, I asked for the 3rd time on whether the manager was available to get in contact with me in which he advised he was at lunch. I requested a callback to discuss a prior service. Bryce confirmed my phone number and he stated he would relay this to the manager. It has past the end of business day and I have yet to receive a call from the manager.
I am dissatisfied by this appointment due to the lack of consideration of the customer time and inattentiveness to a customer request to speak with management. From Bryce admission to it being noted a shuttle was needed and that someone was in front of me. To give the initial expectation of 5-10 minutes shows a lack of care to providing exceptional customer service. It takes me 20 minutes to walk home from the dealership. If sufficient expectation were provided, I would have made needed arrangements to make it home to work on time (8AM), instead of being late due to waiting for a scheduled ride for 45 minutes.. Also, not receiving a call from a manager when it was requested prior to his arrival and neglected the reach out the entire day shows a lack of commitment to service by Toyota.
