There was an issue with the parts dept and getting the correct tires even though they had been given the info. Evan got it straightened out and after more than an hour of my car on the rack with no tires, the crew rallied and got them on there. My car was there for 5 1/2 hours for an oil change and new tires so I was on the verge of losing my mind since they had told me that it wasn’t super busy so it should only take 3 hours max

We have serviced our car here since the dealership opened. The last few years, it seems the service department has new faces every visit and they are only interested in pushing up the bill.
We do not feel appreciated, we hate the visit and experience. Happy to provide specific details but there's no point. It should be fairly obvious that honesty, transparency by dedicated staff is important

Not necessarily Evan's issue, but booked appointment for Recall service on 2022 Tundra, gas line repair, and arrived for appointment (30 minute drive for me) and learned he didn't know what my appointment was for, and after taking truck back for service learned parts were not on hand and needed to be ordered. My bad! Will not ever book an appointment again using the Toyota phone app and will always make sure Service is ready for me when I arrive.
