I had taken out my cabin filter a few days ago, and it was very, very dirty and I was going to see about getting it replaced… I would’ve figured that would’ve been under the multi point expections… But it was never discussed with me so I’m wondering why that did not get presented to me

The appointment preschedule system is a complete scam. A facade to give the appearance of service. I had a 1pm appointment scheduled, I arrived on time, my car sat in the lot until 3:20. My service wasn’t done until 4:45. You charge me mechanics time for hours spent, shouldn’t I be able to charge you my hourly rate for my time wasted.
Don’t offer an appointment system if you can accommodate.
