It should have taken 30 minutes to rotate 4 tires, not over 2 hours.

Two hours and 15 minutes was a long wait for an oil change and air filter. My last dealer had a dedicated bay just for oil changes. I don’t know if you do the same but I rarely waited more than an hour.
